Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines Golden Yellow)
1 pkg. instant pudding (French vanilla)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. golden sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar/cinnamon
Preparation

Add nuts to mixture.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Grease Bundt pan.
Use sugar/cinnamon mix to dust pan.
Place 1/2 batter in pan.
Sprinkle remaining mixture of sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
Cool in pan 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn out.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
Serves 12 to 16.
