Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
3 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt (mixed with a little milk)
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Covered tightly, this lasts two to three days.
