Spicy-Squash Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini or yellow summer squash (unpeeled), cut into chunks
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar or sweetener (equivalent to 8 tsp. sugar)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a blender container, combine all ingredients.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour mixture into a 9-inch round cake or pie pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 30 minutes until set.
