Parmesan Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts (two 10 oz. pkg. Brussels sprouts may be substituted)
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare and cook Brussels sprouts.
    Cook and stir onion in margarine until tender.
    Pour over Brussels sprouts; sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Contains 125 calories per serving.
