Tarragon Chicken With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 c. white wine
    8 asparagus sticks
    shrimp, peeled
    Hollandaise Sauce (Knorr is easy and great)
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts in lemon and tarragon for 2 hours or overnight.
    Stem asparagus.
    Set aside.
    Place wine in frying pan and bring to a boil.
    Remove chicken from marinade and poach in wine until tender, 3 minutes each side.
    Garnish chicken with 2 crossed asparagus and 2 shrimp with Hollandaise Sauce.
