Salsa Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can ChiChi salsa
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. chopped black olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 servings (8 oz.; uncooked) hot cooked pasta (rotini, tortellini, rigatoni, etc.)
1/4 c. toasted chopped walnuts
grated Parmesan cheese
cilantro (fresh)
Preparation

In a large saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine salsa, ricotta, olives and garlic.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. Spoon sauce over hot pasta.
Sprinkle with walnuts, cilantro and Parmesan cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
