Jiffy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut fish into serving pieces.
    Dip into milk.
    Roll in crumb mixture.
    Drizzle melted butter over fish.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Approximately 5 servings per pound.
    Use orange roughy or any white fish.
