Colorado Peach Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    To make crust, cut 1/2 cup butter into 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp. salt.
    Press dough into 9 inch pie pan.
    For filling, slice peaches into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the sugar. Let stand while preparing the rest of the filling.
    Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, egg, 1/4 tsp. salt and vanilla.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Stir into peaches and pour into crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    After 15 minutes, reset oven to 350\u00b0 and bake another 20 minutes.
    For topping, combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
    After pie has baked for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, sprinkle the crumbs over the top of the pie.
    Then bake another 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown.
