Date Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. dates or prunes
1 c. nuts
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil until creamy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and bake loaf 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Bundt pan suggested.
