Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Crush cracker and mix with melted margarine.
    Put 1/2 of that mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix rest of ingredients together and put on top of cracker-margarine mixture.
    Top with other 1/2 of crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
