Oven Omelet Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 doz. eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt; add onion and put in dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set, but moist, about 35 minutes.
