Dolle'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. light molasses
1/2 c. water
1/4 stick (about 2 Tbsp.) butter
1 1/2 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except popcorn and cook until reaches 290\u00b0, measuring with a candy thermometer.
When the mixture reaches 290\u00b0, pour over the popcorn while popcorn is spread out on a cookie sheet.
Add 2 more tablespoons of butter and mix the popcorn and ingredients together while on cookie sheet.
Let stand to cool and store in airtight tin.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts of caramel popcorn.
Shelf life should be 2 to 3 weeks.
