Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and lightly flour 3 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
