Tortellini Italian Style(Yields 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked Parmesan cheese-filled tortellini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
