Pecan Dip Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, cut up fine
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cheese and milk.
Mix well; stir in dried beef, onion and seasonings.
Mix well, fold in sour cream and spoon into a lightly greased pie plate or shallow dish.
Sprinkle pecans over mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
