Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
Add the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
Stir in the carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
