Pasticchio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (No. 6) macaroni, cooked as directed
    2 lb. hamburg
    16 oz. Romano cheese
    6 1/4 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    7 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburg with salt.
    Drain grease.
    Add 1 stick of butter, cinnamon, cooked macaroni and 8 ounces cheese.
    Heat milk with 1 stick of butter.
    Add flour and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and remaining cheese.
    Mix with other mixtures.
    Spread in roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
