Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (regular corn may be substituted)
    1 can French-cut style green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain water off corn and green beans.
    Mix corn, green beans, soup, sour cream and cheese in a large bowl.
    Be sure to mix well. Pour mixture in a casserole dish.
    Crumble crackers into fine crumbs.
    If you don't have a food processor, a blender works great (or your hands).
    Spread crumbs on top of casserole.
    Pour melted butter on top of cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it shakes like jello and is warm throughout, about 20 to 30 minutes.
