Mom'S Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3 lb. head cabbage
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. Little Smokies sausages
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice cabbage finely.
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add cabbage; simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper; simmer 10 minutes, or until sausages are done.
