Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. (or more) hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, garlic powder and onion powder to taste
    2 broiler chickens, split into halves
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in bowl; mix well.
    Place chicken halves on grill over medium coals; brush with sauce.
    Grill for one hour or until chickens are tender, turning and basting frequently.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
