Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. whole milk
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Add the ingredients in the order listed, mixing well after each addition.
Fry and serve with warm maple syrup.
(Makes about 2 dozen medium-sized pancakes.)
