Microwaved Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart bowl or dish combine potatoes and green pepper strips.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High 10 minutes, stir once.
    Stir in soup.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir once.
    Makes 8 servings.
