Cornetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. flour
3 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
4 c. warm water (more or less)
Preparation

Mix yeast and warm water to dissolve.
Add sugar and 3 tablespoons flour and let stand until bubbly.
Add salt and remaining flour.
Knead really well until smooth.
Cut and form cornetti and let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
