Sweet Potato Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
1 stick butter
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
1 pt. oysters (optional)
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
Add ground beef and sausage until browned.
Add sweet potatoes and bread crumbs until dry.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until top is lightly browned.
