Ingredients

1 or 2 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese
boiling coffee

Preparation

Crumble cheese into a cup of coffee.
The cheese will melt and may be spooned over a split biscuit or a piece of toast.
The coffee will be given a satisfying flavor, but it takes more time to clean the coffee cups in the dish washing.
