Tom'S Spinach Fandango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    8 oz. canned mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    Mozzarella cheese
    salt
    pepper
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 can celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mushrooms and garlic, cut up fine.
    Add spinach and cook until mixable.
    Mix celery soup and sour cream into hot ingredients.
    Put in roaster or casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese.
