Roasted Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    olive oil*
    4 to 5 garlic cloves
    salt
    pepper
    rosemary (dry or fresh)
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into eighths.
    Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry.
    Put potatoes into a large casserole dish, making sure potatoes are not crowded.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Toss and bake in a hot oven (400 to 450\u00b0) until potatoes are tender and thoroughly browned.
    Taste for seasonings. Delicious served with beef, veal or chicken dishes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Be prepared to double next time!!!
