Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, boned
    1 tsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Debone the salmon.
    Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients in order given above.
    Mix lightly.
    Shape into loaf and bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until loaf is browned.
