Ingredients

1 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
5 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
2 boxes sliced fresh strawberries, sweetened, or 2 pkg. frozen strawberries
crisp bacon
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar together.
Beat eggs until light.
Add milk and mix well.
Add butter.
Heat 8 or 10-inch frying pan hot enough for pancakes to brown quickly.
Pour batter into frying pan in desired size; brown on both sides. Remove pancakes to large plate and heap with strawberries.
Roll pancakes with strawberries inside.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar; garnish with crisp bacon and whole unstemmed strawberries.
Keep finished pancakes warm.
Makes about 5 large pancakes or 10 small ones.
