Peach Or Strawberry Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut macaroon cookies, crushed
2 c. mashed peaches or strawberries (fresh)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Put crumbs on bottom of Pyrex dish.
Mix fruit, sugar and lemon juice together.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle top with more crushed cookies.
Freeze 4 to 6 hours. So refreshing.
