Jimmy Gomes' Favorite Jello Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
juice from 2 large lemons

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Set aside and let cool.
Add to cake mix the oil and eggs, one at a time, then the Jell-O.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
