Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    5 eggs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and melted margarine.
    Then add milk and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
