Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom slices
    1 (15 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain, rinse and cover in cool water until ready to use. Then remove from water, lay flat on paper towels and pat dry. After noodles are dry, lay flat on a cutting board, side by side.
