Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Mix together well and add the cereal and chopped nuts.
    In mixing bowl, combine salad oil, eggs and buttermilk.
    Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Batter may be kept in refrigerator up to 3 weeks and used as needed.
