Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin (sugar-free works well)
4 eggs
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Preheat oven at 325\u00b0.
Spray 10-inch tube pan with a release agent (Pam).
With electric mixer, blend dry cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, apricot nectar and oil.
Beat 3 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.
(This is a moist and delicious cake with an unusual flavor.)
If desired, add glaze.
