Special Eggplant Parmigiana Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated all-ready pizza crust
    1 small eggplant, thinly sliced and cut in halves
    1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
    1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded pizza cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Roll out crust onto greased cookie sheet as thin as possible and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven.
