Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley dressing mix
    finely chopped vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, onions and green peppers) or use dried beef
Preparation
    Spread each tortilla with cream cheese and dressing mix in a thin coating.
    Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top.
    Roll up and slice with sharp knife or dental floss into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices.
    Refrigerate.
