Potato And Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lite smoked sausage, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. celery and leaves
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or bouillon
    5 c. water
    3 c. cubed potatoes
Preparation
    In large kettle brown sausage, onion and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except potatoes and cabbage. Cover and cook 1 hour.
    Add potatoes and cabbage and cook 20 minutes longer.
