Microwave Low Cholesterol Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/3 c. safflower oil
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. all-bran cereal
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, egg substitute and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in bananas, nuts and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf glass dish.
    Cook in microwave oven on High for 6 to 7 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Turn out on cooling rack.
