Door Slammer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Mix together the soup, rice and milk in casserole dish.
    Place chicken on top of mixture, skin side down.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, uncovered, for 3 hours.
    Turn chicken over once during cooking.
