No-Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef, cubed
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Place the beef in a casserole.
    Mix the onion soup, mushroom soup and 1 can water and pour over the beef.
    Cover tightly with a heavy lid or foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours or until beef is tender.
    Do not peek.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
