Apricot Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 (16 oz.) cans apricots
    1 qt. sweet milk
Preparation
    Run the apricots through a sieve or a blender.
    Stir in sugar, milk, lemon juice and apricots.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1/2 gallon.
    Delicious.
