Russian Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    sour cream
    5 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into a greased casserole.
    Cover with sour cream and top with the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese melts and browns (about 15 to 17 minutes).
    Serve as a side dish.
