Ham And Cheese Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. ham
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. onion flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 the bread cubes.
    Layer broccoli, ham and cheese over bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Knife in center should come out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
