Farmers Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
celery, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Slice onions 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and separate into rings. Dice as much celery as you like.
Mix next 4 ingredients together and pour over onions.
This is better if ice cubes are placed on top of salad to cool and crisp it.
