Lynn'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 6 lb. meat: 2 lb. pork (ground), 3 lb. ground chuck and 3 lb. ground meat (regular)
    salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, crushed pepper (red flakes)
    3 eggs
    5 to 6 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1 c. chopped onions or more to taste
Preparation
    Mix meat with spices.
    Into meat and spices that are well mixed, add eggs, bread soaked in milk and onions.
    Squish together and form large balls.
    Put enough vegetable shortening and olive oil to cover bottom of pan, about 1/2-inch.
    Simmer meat balls until done.
    Set aside in large skillet.
