Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 extra large rolls Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (freeze both for at least one hour)
    2 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
    Slice cookie dough 1/2-inch or 3/8-inch thick and line the entire pan with slices touching.
    Whip together the packages of cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread cream cheese mixture over top of cookie dough.
    Make another layer of cookie dough over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool and then refrigerate.
