Cheese And Crabmeat Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
4 c. milk
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
Dash of Tobasco
1 c. crabmeat
1 tsp. minced chives
Preparation

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over hot water stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts.
Add tabasco and crabmeat Heat. Garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
