Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. egg whites (about 12)
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine in a sifter 1/4 cup of the sugar, cake flour and salt.
    Sift mixture 3 times.
    Put whites into bowl of electric mixer and beat until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar. Continue beating, gradually adding remaining sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
    Fold in vanilla and almond extracts.
    Sift approximately 1/4 of flour mixture over the batter.
    Fold in with rubber spatula.
    Continue adding flour and fold after each addition.
