Classic French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. tarragon or wine vinegar
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container; refrigerate.
    Shake dressing before serving.
    Makes approximately 3/4 cup of dressing.
    Contains 90 calories per tablespoon.
